Heal Your Relationship with Money

Kara Stevens, A.K.A. the Frugal Feminista chats with Robin about how to heal your financial trauma.

Last week, I shared all about my financial anxiety. Well, anxieties really. If you haven’t read it, you may want to head on back and check it out. It’s jam-packed with “Will I have enough money?” thoughts. Mostly, I talked about knowing I have some negative connections with money, but not knowing where to go next, so it felt serendipitous when I met Kara Stevens and she was down to have a chat. Kara helps women heal their relationship with money so they can play BIG with it- save with soul, demolish debt, retire in abundance, invest with ease, and scale their wealth without deprivation. Essentially, she teaches women how to give themselves permission to grow their money and enjoy their money.

In this chat we go deep into the topic: you know why you’re messed up with money, now what?

So, if you want to grow your bank account and have a healthier relationship with your wallet, you want you click that button at the top of this page and give this conversation a listen. I have been thinking about a whole bunch of tips Kara gave since we recorded this talk.

Oh, and we’re building a community here, so if you want to share about your troubles or anxieties with money or big wins you’ve had with your finances, don’t be afraid to leave a comment!
